Research Driven Content Writer | Creating Clear, Engaging and Informative Articles on Education, Research Skills and Academic Development
Edward
I’m a content writer, and most of what I write is for people who are stuck on something. Usually it’s a student halfway through an assignment, staring at a blank page and wondering where to begin.
Education, research skills and academic development are the areas I keep coming back to. I like them because the questions are real. How do I structure this? Why does my discussion sound like my results? What does my tutor actually want? If I can answer those clearly, I’ve done my job.
I don’t enjoy jargon, and I don’t trust vague advice. So I research each topic properly, then explain it the way I’d explain it to a friend across a table: with an example, a sensible order, and a few honest warnings about where people tend to go wrong.
For me, good content has to earn its place on the page. It should leave you understanding the subject a little better than before. It should help you spot a mistake before it costs you marks. And it should point you towards what to learn next, rather than pretending one article covers everything.
I keep the tone professional but friendly, because nobody learns well from something that talks down to them. I respect your time, and I want what you read today to still be useful when you come back to it next week.
