Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your account.

Contributor Content
You remain responsible for content you submit.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to submit and publish that content.
You must not knowingly submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or fraudulent content.
License to Operate the Platform
When you submit content for publication, you grant Invest Loomm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, promote, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote Invest Loomm.
This may include creating previews, thumbnails, excerpts, transcripts, summaries, and similar presentation formats.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original intellectual property to Invest Loomm.
Editorial Control
Submission does not guarantee publication.
Invest Loomm may review, edit, reject, unpublish, restrict, or remove content according to its editorial, legal, and community policies.
Podcast and Article Credits
Invest Loomm may operate a system in which approved contributions earn article submission credits or other platform privileges.
Credits:
- Are platform privileges rather than money.
- Have no cash value.
- Do not guarantee publication.
- Do not guarantee backlinks, traffic, rankings, or commercial results.
- May be adjusted when necessary to prevent abuse or correct errors.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Invest Loomm for:
- Spam
- Fraud
- Malware
- Copyright infringement
- Harassment
- Impersonation
- Artificial engagement
- Search manipulation schemes
- Unauthorized data collection
- Attempts to compromise the website or another user's account
Third-Party Links and Services
Invest Loomm content may contain links or embeds from third-party websites.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or content.
Platform Availability
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but Invest Loomm may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features when necessary.

No Guaranteed Results

- Podcast downloads

Contributors should evaluate publishing decisions independently.
Account Enforcement
Invest Loomm may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or other platform policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Invest Loomm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of the platform.
Applicable consumer and statutory rights are not excluded where they cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
