Contributors should only submit articles, podcasts, images, recordings, graphics, and other material they own or have sufficient permission to use.

Ownership of Your Content

Unless separately agreed, contributors retain ownership of intellectual property they own in content submitted to Invest Loomm.

By submitting content for publication, contributors grant Invest Loomm the permissions reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, promote, index, and technically process that content as part of operating the platform.

For eligible podcast content, this may include producing transcripts, summaries, excerpts, thumbnails, chapters, and other platform presentation features.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Invest Loomm infringes your copyright, contact:

Include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The Invest Loomm URL containing the disputed material.
  • An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • Evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the complaint.

Our Response

Invest Loomm may remove or restrict disputed content while investigating a credible complaint.

Repeated copyright infringement may result in contributor restrictions or account termination.

False or abusive copyright complaints may also lead to action where permitted by law.
